Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Orlycel Travel & Tours website at www.orlycel.comand the transport services provided by Orlycel Travel & Tours (“Orlycel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a transport operator based in Antipolo City, Philippines. By submitting a booking inquiry or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Orlycel provides tourist transport services including, but not limited to:

• Joiners (shared rides to tourist destinations)
• Private family outings and road trips
• Events transport (conferences, weddings, gatherings)
• Shuttle services (daily, weekly, or recurring)
• Delivery of parcels and event materials
• Team building and custom tour packages

All services are subject to availability, vehicle capacity, and driver scheduling. Buses and coasters are available upon request for larger groups.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking inquiry submitted through our website or by phone is not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when:

1. Orlycel responds with a written confirmation (via SMS, Viber, or email); and
2. The required deposit has been received (see Section 3).

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All quoted prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of driver, fuel, and toll fees unless otherwise stated.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the day of the trip.
• Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation and may change based on fuel price adjustments or updated route requirements.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond 30 minutes, extra stops not included in the original itinerary, or overnight trips.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellation 48+ hours before the trip: Full deposit refund.
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before the trip: 50% of deposit refunded.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the trip: No refund of deposit.
• No-show: Full booking fee is forfeited.
• Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the original trip date, subject to availability.

Orlycel reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure (typhoons, road closures, vehicle breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our control). In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

5. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up location at the confirmed pick-up time. A 15-minute grace period applies; waiting beyond this may incur additional charges.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Orlycel is not liable for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle are permitted at the driver’s discretion. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner may be asked to disembark, with no refund.
• Maximum passenger count per vehicle type must be observed at all times in compliance with LTFRB regulations.

6. Liability

Orlycel carries the required insurance coverage for its vehicles in compliance with LTFRB and LTO regulations. However:

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or events outside our control.
• Our liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.
• We are not responsible for missed flights, connections, or events due to delays unless caused solely by our negligence.

7. Use of the Website

The content on www.orlycel.com— including text, images, and branding — is the property of Orlycel Travel & Tours. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent. The website is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding its availability or accuracy at all times.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the provision of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the proper courts of Antipolo City, Rizal.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
